Cannot afford to be sick
After much listening to people's talk, here and there. To be sick could mean to be dying soon. If not at least, really getting old.
Some patients who are seeking medical examinations in the hospitals also have to drag through much piercing of the needles and so many painful events. Some times, no doctors to attend to them or other problems in which the last resolution is usually operation.
Some how, I keep asking what if and if, a person cannot sustain the anesthetic period to go to sleep and then awake again. What if the awaking period is too long? God created every parts or anatomy of a person of usefulness, not say no use one. Let's say an appendix being operated on and etc. Many doctors would say it is not of importance in the body. Then why God created it? It is skeptical ... though I have a series of doctors in my family.
I still prefer myself to be a doctor knowing my own body..
True enough, once I was hospitalised, a physician prescribed excessive dosage of antibotics until I complained to him and if I didnt know much about medical matters, I would just end up as a guinea pig to him and his team of practising doctors!!! I was feeling so weak of my body and etc.
Thanks God still giving good sense of brain at that moment to think of myself and my body.
When I now reminisced over, I think my late DAD who lived up to 90 had a very fruitful life. Everyday, B complex is without fail in his schedule in the evening meal. If he had finished up the vitamins supplement, he would ride his bike to the nearest hospital to get some.
My doc bro even told me once, he also couldnt explain how DAD lived long and without bedridden for long. Dad only had his last year bedridden. I also salute him. For further description of DAD's daily diet, I will scribble in my other diary about late parents.

Of late, I felt a bit tired. May be due to much much work I have to handle.

Occasionally, I drink protein powder and take more fruits and vegetables. I also happen to like the Hazenut Coffee and a series of Coffees and nutrititional drinks by Amway. At the same time, I can also earn bits of commission and most important of all, I restore my family to use the products not only cheap as compared.
The products even like Elf car engine oil is another product I used back, shampoo for bathing until the whole bathroom has good scent! Thus Amway is still the best after many years since 1989.

Public Holiday
There are quite many public holdiays here but some how, I wont bother them as they are not important to me any more! Every day is a public holiday to me if I want to lay down straight.
But I am not a person of that nature.
Thus, every day is a working day to me so long I find which things to work on first. I relax while I search through the net and do some writings and at the same time, I also want to relax my ankle.

What gains to watch a film show?
Since time I ever remembered, I didnt engage myself in long time watching film shows. However, I like to watch nature documentaries and related events like space and others.
Today, I just watched one film show LIU SAN JIE which is a very unique film. When I was very young, my elders used to mention this film and the wordings sang by LIU SAN JIE and AHNiu.
Today, I learnt that it was actually a film featuring about the poor being bullied by the rich in ancient China. Instead of using ordinary words, the lady LIU sang the wordings to scold those rich landlords.
Those chinese writings were all written and sang wonderfully to fit to the situation and in the end, the said landlord fell into the river.
In between the dialogue singing session, the landlord said LIU SAN JIE is no ordinary lady and she is not any flower from the wild but a red chilly from the mountain.

Those "bastards"
It's why if a writer is writing that "word".
It was it happened they came to ransack my house within a span of 3 days!
Those bastards are coming through the net, phones, for years, they tracked my
home far away home and cheapskates they are, they were as silly and worst than a pig!
They took away the electric stove though expensive, in which we felt it was a discarded item and
our tool box, a sofa pillow through the brightness of the day in which our little CCTV recorded.
They are now living in FEAR and running shelter skater for life disappeared in all their cars!

Raindrops
In the midst of this night,
"tit-tat" ... "tit-pat-tat"
coming down like dew fall
hitting the balconies, roofs, gutters and awnings.
I love you most as this is the time
the weather is going to change from hot
to cool again.
I love you most as only God can give you
the power to shower people in your utmost
ways to make living things a marvel to this mother earth.
I thank you again for making me alert to rethink
who the bastards are in this world!

Raindrop
Even I used my anonmymous writer's name as "raindrop" was much bluffed off by some one writing in his nature wonders or travel blog. I was damn angry of real life of that guy now. A person without any integrity at all though of his high priestly post!
But mind it, he is still non stop following my butts to any where, no matter my email accounts or my blogs, he tried to hack into mind. Not only that so many of my photographs were stolen and then photoshopped and put into his blogs and became his! What a shameless, lame should you put "him".
The green eyed monster is following you.non stop.
Just be ware of his nasty creepy wits!

It was one of the Sundays that we used to attend the early mass. It was yesterday again.
Of course with a different church. Oh, yes, sure the same denomination.
Now, by then, one family just with four persons but occupied more than their expected seats where as
many benches were full too, so we all squeezed next to theirs where was still ample space.
As we all started to sing the hymns, the lady next just struggled to show she could sing! She hardly could, but well off to show off her head high. I am never said I like to laugh off or looked down but by the scorning behaviour of a person going to the church with that type of facial look, I have some say here.
At times, I was wondering, does it means, to go to a holy place, the priest always says we disregard our race, creed or colours. But I can never feel it. The person sitting next could be so scorny!!!
Until to the end of the mass, I am so sorry to say, I didnt hear any words from her mouth.. Does it mean she still wants to show off her ego???.....~
In chinese proverbs, one same type of white rice feeds different thousand types of people! I must remember it ... no one is same as we towards them.

I am writing this as I never bothered to google it, search it but somehow, I wanna like to query

Afraid to lost to another!
It was yesterday afternoon, I went to the Books Show or rather a Book Sales in Crown Centre, Pending, Kuching. I realised many parents are afraid of being lost to another.
Some trying to speak English in most of the times though they are chinese. I dont mean they cant do so, but can see they all felt like "I wont lost to you either!"
Hahaha... I just bought 2 books. One English hand book and another medical book on Gnaeocology.
This book sale is selling some 100K old books from USA. Every year, they held once, but this is my 2nd time to the function.

Driving
Every early morning, I have to drive a long journey to reach certain destinations. I have to go through more than fourteen to fifteen (14-15) traffic junctions. At times, I just feel it is a waste of my time to wait. Sometimes, it will come to one minute and sometimes lesser.
But one day, two cars were challenging along the super highway as I wish to call it. From the flyover, both cars tried to zoom off in both sides of me. Am I not fast enough? In fact, I was driving about 90km/hr already. But may be life seemed too long for them, they both drove faster than I. So zoomed off, and cornered me in the middle. It gave me the shivers down my spine!
Then at another traffic junction, I bothered to take a second look on the driver on my left as he was not faster than any. Still had to hang on, on my left and he was indeed a young "ah diyang" meaning very young guy in my dialect!
At that moment, I started to think, no wonder, insurance company gave higher PA premium for those drivers who are younger than 30!
One day at a stop over junction intending to turn right. One motorcyclist to my effect, she was turning right, but no way, suddenly she did an U-turn. If a driver is driving hastily, I doubt that motorcylist would land under the car at any time!
Now, the code of Traffic. How many are still observing strictly? Give ways to cars from the right, etc. I think those days, so long one can hold on the wheel or handle the m/cycle's handle, one is to drive or ride already! It really didnt matter what danger is behind that!

In a life journey, I have experienced too many friends or so called workers, co-partners or colleagues and etc.
Some are real true people in the beginning of life, but they can be the most poisonous people around you in the end, because they know you well, they start to talk bad and write bad about you.
Some are just real acquaintances and they can end up as real friends. But how many are living in this such a life in your life time? For me, I yet to get a single one!

My story on Kedondong ..
While young, food was rather scarce. So when the elders ever gave us some of those soury fruits, we also felt so nice. Ate those fruits until the teeth felt uneasy! Have you ever experienced that? :)
The kedondong that I had was from a good friend's sister (my friend is Angela.) Her sister had this kedondong in her backyard and full bloom. I was envied by the sight and she gave me a good bundle.
I tried to plant most of the seeds after eating the flesh. That was many years ago. From there, it propagated to the present. From some 400 km away, I sent many fruits to one of my siblings here and from there, I got the present plant from the fruits. (Sadly to say, Angela ever told me her sister's kedondong had died, so was mine one in my old home some 400km away both due to white ants' infestion.) However, the seeds still carry on to live...........
We like to eat those fruits by
1) blending the fruits without the seeds and add bits of plum powder or honey to make kedondong juice
2) eat the fruit with prawn paste (belacan) fried with archovies (ikan bilis) as the belacan is salty, the fruit is a bit sour, so it will balance off the taste..
3) sometimes, we eat the fruit with bits of sugar or plum powder

What behold for you today?
As pages or thousand of lines won't finish to describe the above. Some can be writing without ending, but for here, I would like to share when at times, life has been on an uneasy pace, I would like to seek PEACE. Inner peace of whatever I want to do, not you to decide! :)
Sometimes in life, there are a few as if nothing to do or go on their lifes but instead love to stack our beautiful life styles. Do you encounter such? They can be in the form of hacking through the phone lines, internet lines and whatsoever ways when a devil is lurking around. GPRS etc... by their so called beautiful iphone! Well, in this sense can we say Steve Job is a wonderful man? Yes, he was still and thanks for the trackers and hackers who ever are. You give lots of challenges for all of us. Thanks so much... Life is wonderful without those, isn't it? :)
At this Greenwich mean time 1105 hours, I take 1 cup of coffee and later I took a glass of :"misai kuching" that is good for you to reflect over of what life behold for you today!
